i cant speak greece,
but the current speed round is with 0.1% Ressourcetime to slow. i become 92 Ressource per min., i need to wait for the next upgrade 15 min.and farming isnt a option well the wall is always on level 5

This round has "weird" settings on purpose. That's why we call it "No Pain No Gain". You just have to adjust your gameplay to these settings and find the best way to have a good start-up.
